How to Activating eSIM:

- Download Google Wear OS from APP Store, install the app and make a pairing with Ticwatch.

- Do a system update and check the build number under Settings/System/About/Build number is PWDD.190617.048. This is the latest version we get approval by Google.

- Download the latest version of Mobvoi APP in APP Store. Install the Mobvoi APP will help to activate eSIM.

Note. This watch is unlocked Designed by Mobvoi representative by Vodafone.

Currently available networks for e-SIM Vodafone, EE and O2.

There is no physical space to enter a sim card. To activate e-SIM needs to contact your network provider.

A CONDITION

It’s a like-new Device in exceptional condition showing no sign of use, it has been fully tested. Comes with charging cable.

B CONDITION

Used device but in a good condition it may have a few scratches, it has been fully tested. Comes with charging cable.

We offer free charging cables for Grade A & B. Brand new items ship in the original box with all the original accessories.

    Free delivery for all orders, once dispatched usually takes 1 to 3 business days. 

    Packaging

    Our Grade A & B products ship in our own branded boxes made from 100% recycled card and we think they are great!

    New devices ship in the original sealed packaging and comes with a full manufacture warranty. 

    Used devices ship with a 14-day no quibble returns policy and 12-month warranty. Please be aware that our products are not guaranteed to have a remaining manufacturer warranty although is likely that the latest models will. We can not check specific models on request. 

    Return Policy

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at return@whitestoreuk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Faulty Item

    Any faulty item can be returned to be assessed by our technician. We will either have your item returned to you fully repaired or contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, sealed and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Warranty

    Our warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as batteries. Please also be aware that accidental damage is not covered.
